Chapter History:
The Wool Rich Cash Poor (WRCP) Chapter was formed in 2003 by Carrie Martin and a small number of people she had taught to hook. We have since lost our Carrie and many other members. Carrie being the force that she was, talked us into hosting the 2007 ATHA Biennial. Not knowing any better, we agreed. After much blood, sweat, and tears, we succeeded in creating the best and most successful Biennial to that date. Read more about this Biennial here.
